Why is theIR A minimum order?

As all of our print to order designer invitations and stationery are printed professionally on a digital press. This is the most economical quantity to print. Basically it would cost the same to print 25 as it would to print 50. We can supply you with a smaller quantity however the minimum charge for most of our designer range is for 50. We can split the 50 into two kinds, for further information on this, please contact us.

How much time should I allow for my wedding invitations?

As much as possible, ideally 3-6 weeks. For details on our current timing please refer to our delivery information.

Should I order extra invitations for spares?

Definitely. We advise ordering at least 5 – 10 additional invitations or cards to allow for errors by your calligrapher or any last minute guests! Any additional print order requests will incur the minimum quantity of 50 charge, so we recommend ordering the extras in your first batch.

Can you print my guests names on my invitations and place cards?

Yes. You should supply us with a word file or excel file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Smith, Leanne and Leslie Smith, Leanne & Leslie. And for place cards one name per line or cell, eg Leanne, Leslie etc etc. If you aren’t sure call us first! To download an example of this excel file, please  click here

Can you print my guests names on the envelopes?

Yes. You should supply us with a word file or excel file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Smith, Leanne and Leslie Smith, Leanne & Leslie. How long will it take to get my invitations/thank you cards?

Approx two weeks after approval of your proofs you will receive your stationery. For details on current timing please refer to the delivery box on the right.

Can you deliver Internationally?

Yes. We are now shipping to the UK, USA, New Zealand and Ireland.

Shipping costs to these destinations will be added in after you have filled in your delivery address at checkout. (and GST will be removed) Shipping price at checkout is for ECI or Express post international and is for one delivery only. If your order requires more than one shipment (eg in the instance of personalised place cards required at a later date) - we will contact you with the additional charge prior to order commencement.

Please note, you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes in your own country on arrival of the parcel. Please check with your country authorities if any of these apply to you prior to order.

We are also more than happy to ship to other international destinations. Please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can deliver to your area and for a shipping quote- some locations do have restrictions so we can’t guarantee delivery to all areas.

All prices on our site are in Australian dollars.

I like one of your designs but am having different flowers, can you do the same design with a different image?

Yes. This is classed as custom design. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and a custom design quote.

Can I have one of your designs but in a different colour?

Yes. We have over 100 colours to select from. Each product will have a colour option and additional pricing for you to select from.

Are envelopes included in your prices?

Yes. Envelopes are included with all invitations, thank you cards and keepsake cards. They are a premium quality peel and seal white shimmery envelope.

Are your designs professionally printed?

Yes. All of our designs are printed on a commercial digital press. They are not produced on a home printer or colour photocopier. This is why it takes a little longer to print your order.

What is the difference between Satin Deluxe, Satin Cello and White Shimmer?

Satin Deluxe is a high quality white card stock, and feels very smooth to touch.

Satin Cello is the same as Satin deluxe but with an additional layer of protective matt coating (this is only available on some designs).

White Shimmer is a high quality white card stock with a subtle shimmer or sparkle to it when you move it in the light, it feels slightly textured to touch.

Do you send out samples?

Yes we can send out a sample pack. There is a charge for this which is redeemable should you place an order. Please see our samples section for pricing and details.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes, we are open by appointment so you can relax and take your time viewing our complete range.  Also our online boutique is our showroom! All of our current wedding invitation and stationery designs are displayed in our collections at Love Notes .
